I was born in Buenos Aires, from a girl I drew and I painted. At age 14, I received a mention in a painting contest sponsored by Galeria Hoy en el Arte, Pinamar, by Teresa Nachman. That mention opened a space for me in Basia Kuperman's workshop. This is how my learning began in artists' workshops, the contact with technique, with tools, with knowing how to look, with criticism and growing. I studied Architecture in the UBA, living model with the Master Ernesto Pesce, Abstract Expressionism with the Master Marco Otero and I continue to explore and learn with the artist Paula Rivero. Art goes through my life since I was little. Today all my time circulates, all my spaces, all my days, my dreams and my sleep. In the imaginary fabric I visualize an image and synthesize it; I choose the range of colors, the support, the position and the format. Everything starts from a stain, from textures; the alchemy of the materials I use gives me a chaotic but magical moment. My work is the result of having lived, studied, looked, heard, felt and smelled; having left and returned; to have flown and landed, to leave and enter until I control the scream and be able to listen to my silences.

Detailed Description : Water is her source of inspiration. Her work takes what is reflected on the surface of water but cannot be seen in it´s essence. Water, then in its constant movement sustains that image and transforms it into a singular abstraction. Color, the main protagonist of this experience is practically the only thing we see, sometimes stripping of its chromatism until it is only a scale of grays. On this occasion, instead, it becomes an explosion of color that bursts into thousands of chaotic forms that invite the viewer to discover them.

Born in Chile / 1970 STATEMENT Rescuing styles and identities using fibers and organic elements capable of interacting to then design meticulously with their respective colors, sizes, shapes and textures, as well as finding in them a connection with the purest of nature, is the goal of my work. I seek to integrate creativity, the essence of creation. In this same search, in the infinite curiosity and interest that characterize me for discovering forms of expression and challenging my own creativity and imagination, I have found in painting a place where I can express myself in a freer way, leaving at times my structured personality, allowing me to let sensations and emotions flow, releasing control and inviting me to discover and imagine. In this contrast between fibers and fluids, I have managed to express myself completely, using a versatility that has allowed me Exhibition : 2013 / Noche de los Museos. Within the framework comes conscious and unconscious ideas. The act of folding and fragmenting. The exercise of creating with a plastic frame of mind allowing a plain printed object to transition to another object through abstract thinking. Re-imagining it, recreating it into a volumetric folding hand fan.
